MPSS: “Braving the Cave” Outdoor Adventure Experience
Adapting to a new environment can sometimes feel like exploring a cave 🏞️. At times, the path ahead seems clear and well lit; at others, it may feel dark and uncertain🌑. We may occasionally lose our sense of direction. Yet through exploring the unknown, we can also discover our inner strengths and new possibilities🧭.
Connect@CUHK MPSS warmly invites you to join “Braving the Cave” Outdoor Adventure Experience. Led by a professional mountaineering instructor, we will venture into a local cave and learn how to find direction amidst uncertainty through exploration, challenge, and reflection💪.
In this activity, you will:
- Learn basic outdoor and wilderness skills🧗
- Enhance self-awareness🔍
- Build greater confidence and resilience💪
- Practice emotional regulation skills😌
This is more than just an outdoor activity — it is a journey of self-discovery, mutual support, and personal growth.
