The Civil Service Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) is now recruiting interested applicants for their “2026 Internship Scheme for Students with Disabilities in the HKSAR Government”, which will last for 8 weeks in summer 2026 during one of the following periods:
- 15 June 2026 (Mon) – 7 August 2026 (Fri); or
- 29 June 2026 (Mon) – 21 August 2026 (Fri).
The Scheme aims at allowing students who are permanent residents of the HKSAR with disabilities to gain hands-on work experience in the Government, as well as enabling civil service colleagues to appreciate the talents and potential of persons with disabilities.
Interns will be posted to different Government bureaux and departments in summer (i.e. June to August) to provide support in a wide range of executive/ administrative functions and/or policy, management of human resource, financial resource and event, system/project planning and development, support to boards and councils, etc.
