- 6‑ to 12‑month full‑time contract internship
- Support end-to-end recruitment process of various talent programmes as well as talent programmes enhancements

| Key Responsibilities |
- Assist in the recruitment and assessment of various talent programmes
- Prepare and analyse program recruitment data to come up with insights and recommendations
- Support the logistics arrangement of recruitment events, including recruitment talks, career fairs, assessment centers, onboarding tasks etc.
- Provide other ad-hoc support as needed

| Key Requirements |
- Academic Background: Currently in Year 2 or Year 3 of undergraduate studies
- Availability: Available and willing to take a gap semester or gap year to commit to full-time work for 6–12 months
- Good communication skills and coordination skills
- Innovative, proactive, organized, detail-minded, analytical
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
- Knowledge in graphics / video editing tools (e.g. Canvas)
