Balanced Diet
Meals in Canteen can also be healthy if you know how to choose:
- Remember to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at regular time
- Eat less oily or fried food with high content of fat
- Take the initiative to request for less meat, oil and sauce, and more vegetables when you take your food
- Drink suitable amount of water every day, especially when the weather is dry or when you sweat a lot. The standard is that your urine should not be yellow
- Have less snack and drinks with high sugar content or stimulating beverage, such as coke, coffee or strong tea
Sufficient Sleep
Improve your time management and appropriately resist the temptation of entertainment in order to secure sufficient rest and sleep time:
- Arrange cozy and tranquil sleeping environment
- Form a good sleeping habit with regular sleep-wake time
- Sleep for at least 7 hours every night
- Spend less time on computers, surfing the Net or rushing through homework before sleep. Being relaxed and calm can help you fall asleep
- Set your working schedule as soon as possible to prevent rushing to meet the deadline and sleep deprivation
Sufficient Exercise
To consider integrating exercise into daily life, such as:
- Do exercise that suits you regularly
- Exercise at least 30 minutes with a minimum of 4 times a week
- Better utilize your spare time. Meet your schoolmates in the gymnasiums or stadiums to have fun
- Travel fewer with escalators and school buses in order to grasp the chance to walk
- Participate more in outdoor activities for exercise and fresh air
Practicing a healthy lifestyle requires perseverance, and your body will gradually improve with consistency and time. Start by setting one goal in each of the above three areas, and step-by-step become a better version of yourself!
