Every life is a unique story. Have you ever thought about how to shape and tell your own story?

Connect@CUHK Multicultural Psychological Support Service is pleased to present the “Self-Dialogue and Self-Care: Through Light and Shadow Workshop”. This workshop combines photography therapy, narrative therapy, and cyanotype art to create a space where students can reflect on their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and look ahead to the future. Through hands-on creative expression and visual storytelling, participants will be able to rediscover their life stories and reconnect with their inner strength and peace.

What you will gain:

  • Turn emotions and memories into visible images through cyanotype art 🎨
