Arrangement

If issued before 10:00 a.m.

All scheduled appointments between 9:00am to 1:00pm will be rearranged. Students will be contacted for further arrangement.
All activities between 9:00am to 1:00pm will be cancelled.

If issued before 2:30 p.m. (Monday to Thursday)

or before 2:45 p.m. (Friday)

All afternoon appointments will be rearranged by Centre staff. You will be notified separately.
All afternoon activities will be cancelled.

Cancelled 3 hours or more before the Centre’s closing time

Appointments or activities that occur 2 hours or above after the cancellation of the signal will continue.

During the Centre’s Opening Hours	Wellness and Counselling Centre will remain open and provide psychological counselling service: Students could attend the scheduled appointments under safe conditions. Students who cannot attend the scheduled appointments, please call the Centre at 3943 7208. Our Centre staff will reschedule the appointments for you.
