Being surrounded by people does not always protect us from feeling lonely. Led by Dr. Jeffrey Liu, Department Manager of the Clinical Psychology Departments in New Territories East Cluster, Hospital Authority, this workshop explores how loneliness develops and our deep human need for emotional connection, understanding, and belonging. By gaining insight into our own experiences and the challenges faced by others, participants will learn how to move beyond superficial interactions, build more meaningful relationships, and foster a culture where everyone feels seen, connected, and included.
