- Assist in research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of new service offerings.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on business development initiatives.
- People Engagement:
- Contribute to talent acquisition efforts
- Assist in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Foster internal collaboration by supporting team-building activities and initiatives.
- Visibility & Identity:
- Help plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in marketing and communication efforts, including social media and content creation.
- Support branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s identity in the market.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or current students from any year of study are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
