- Feeling unusually high or euphoric
- Lack of concentration, problems with memory, or difficulty making decisions
- Racing thoughts, racing speech
- Thoughts of death, suicide or self-harm
- Changes in sleep habits (e.g., sleeping too little or too much)
- Fluctuating appetite or weight
- Alcohol or drug abuse
- Persist for a period of about 2 weeks or more, or
- Affect your daily life (e.g., study, relationship, participation in your usual social activities) negatively
