Love & Relationships “Red Flag” Zone
This interactive workshop invites you to explore your core values and boundaries in love and social connections through games and creative art. Participants will learn to recognize unhealthy signs and develop skills to build healthy, respectful relationships. In a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, you’ll enhance your communication abilities and create more comfortable, secure connections with others!
Timeless Florals——Nurturing Emotions Through Art
Living away from home can be challenging, with the need to balance studies, friendships, and self‑care. Sometimes, what we need most is a mindful pause and a chance to connect with others. The Sharing Support Workshop: Timeless Florals – Nurturing Emotions Through Art offers a creative and calming experience for non‑local students, combining mindful floral art‑making, self‑awareness, emotional resilience, and peer connection. Participants will take home a beautiful, long‑lasting floral piece as a symbol of inner growth, while enjoying a space to breathe, appreciate the subtle beauty of flowers, and nurture both themselves and their relationships.
Love is a Cruel - Your Two-Way Choice
Can love really be “perfect in every way”? Or are we doomed to face those brutal either/or moments? In this workshop, you’ll explore what you truly need in a relationship and learn how to build a healthy romantic partnership. Through engaging games and small-group discussions, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your values and boundaries in love—and create your own personalized “love map.”
Love at ease: Nourishing your love through fandom
Love is always uneasy, but we can learn to be at ease. No matter you are a soft stan, hard stan, solo stan, or shipper stan, you are welcome to join us in this interactive session to share your fannish experience and observation. In light of bell hooks’s “All About Love: New Visions,” we will explore how love can be empowering and nourishing, both within fandom and beyond.
Human Library of Gendered Voices Workshop
Human Library of Gendered Voices Workshop creates a welcoming space for participants to listen to real, personal stories about gender, identity, and resilience. Through authentic sharing—from embracing one’s unique identity with pride to navigating difficult journeys toward safety and self‑renewal—participants gain insight into the diverse experiences within gender and sexual minority communities. This workshop encourages empathy, challenges assumptions, and invites meaningful dialogue that broadens understanding of the many ways people live, struggle, and thrive.
The Scenery of Love - The Seasons Have Taken a New Form
Have you ever faced love troubles in university? Many of us long for love, but setbacks like unrequited love and breakups are often unavoidable, bringing pain, loss, and confusion. Understanding emotions and caring for a wounded heart is key to recovery and growth. This workshop guides participants on how to cope with rejection, breakups, and their aftermath, as well as how to heal their hearts.
Instax SELF:ME x Serrini: Sharing Session
Do you believe your true self is beautiful enough? If you had to share a photo on social media without filters or edits, would you feel anxious? When “perfection” gradually becomes the norm, over-relying on filters and retouching can blur the line between who we truly are and who we think we should appear to be.
In this sharing session, Serrini will guide everyone in exploring how to let go of the “filters” imposed by society and the constant urge to compare. She will help us distinguish which expectations are genuinely beneficial to ourselves, and which are merely external frameworks we’ve unconsciously accepted.
Drawing from her own personal growth journey, Serrini will openly share her real stories of facing pressure and expectations, showing us how to embrace authenticity with courage and gentleness.
