Neuroscience of Stress – How Does Stress Affect Body and Mind?
🎓 In university life, students inevitably encounter various forms of stress. While moderate stress can serve as a driving force for progress, chronic stress may have negative effects on both physical and mental well-being. The key lies in how we manage stress and transform it into positive energy.
🧠 Before learning how to effectively cope with stress, let’s follow Professor Freedom Leung (Senior Consulting Clinical Psychologist for the Office of Student Affairs and the Human Resources Office of CUHK) as he guides us through the S-ABC model to dive into the concepts of stress and how it affects both our body and mind.
