About the speaker:
Ms Ophelia Tam holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has worked with individuals in diverse settings, including hospital and community organizations and researched brief interventions to promote mindful self-care for improving one’s mental well-being. In her current role, she develops online and offline mental health resources targeting emerging adults, to advocate for mental well-being and provide needed support to prevent mental health problems.
