Responsibilities |
- Google Ads Campaign Management: Oversee and manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with fundraising goals.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy in English and Chinese, maintaining consistent posting schedules with heightened activity during the event. Create engaging content and manage the narrative to enhance brand storytelling.
- Campaign Optimization: Structure and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize exposure and engagement, leveraging analytics to drive performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team, including event participants, to utilize provided content effectively and align campaigns with the event’s objectives.

Requirements |
- Open to fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in creating bilingual (English and Chinese) content for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captcut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to develop and execute a cohesive storytelling strategy.
- Experience in performance-driven roles with measurable outcomes is a plus.
